Yesterday, an unusual crossover Baojun Yep, intended primarily for young people, went on sale in China. The design of the crossover is reminiscent of the legendary Japanese car “Suzuki Jimny”. This car combines classic appearance and modern solutions.
The crossover has plenty of features, for example, by folding the seats in the car, the trunk volume can be increased by 715 liters! The rear door of the car opens to the side.
But one of the main features of the car is its front part - the hood. There, the company's engineers placed a small high-quality refrigerator with a volume of 35 liters. You can install a roof rack of an original shape on the roof of the Chinese car (it can withstand a load of 30 kg).
The multimedia system is also not lame. Engineers were able to “squeeze” two 10.25-inch screens here. Various decorative toys can be attached to structures located next to the screens.
But the “heart” of the car is the engine. And it disappoints a little - the electric motor produces only 68 horsepower. The crossover has a power reserve of 300 km. The maximum speed is 100 km/h.
The electric crossover is available in two versions. The company is asking $11,300 for the base model and $12,700 for the Deluxe Edition.
