Honda is one of the most famous automobile companies in the world. Following the example of other companies, it began to turn its gaze to India, where it introduced its new Elevate crossover.
The designers tried to make the Elevate look as brutal as possible, like a real SUV. And in general they succeeded: at the front there is an almost vertical front part and a large radiator grille. The ground clearance is decent - 220 mm, but there is no all-wheel drive (the rear suspension is semi-independent), and the 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine produces only 121 hp.
The equipment includes a pair of screens (7-inch in front of the driver and 10.25-inch on the front panel), a set of driver assistance systems, a rear view camera, cruise and climate control, and wireless charging for a smartphone.
It is reported that the car will go on sale in July. The price will be announced at the same time. Hybrid and electrified versions of the Elevate will be launched next year.
