The new 2024 Honda Prologue midsize electric crossover has been officially unveiled. This is the second attempt by the Japanese company to build a “green” model after the Clarity sedan. The car is built on the same architecture as the Chevrolet Blazer EV. The car will reportedly hit the market next year and will cost around $40,000.
The car will receive original suspension settings and will enter the market in several versions: with one or two electric motors. Accordingly, the crossover can have a drive on one axle or on all four wheels. In the second case, the engine output will be 292 hp. at 452 N*m of torque. The car will also receive a battery with a capacity of 85 kW/h. With it, the SUV will be able to travel about 482 kilometers.
The Japanese model will also please you with its level of equipment. In particular, the car will have 8 airbags, a multimedia complex with support for Google services, wireless charging of mobile devices, a set of Honda Sensing electronic assistants, a panoramic roof, an Active Sound Control sound generator, heated front seats and other modern functionality.
