Toyota announced the premiere of the new generation Camry model
Catalog: News

Toyota published a teaser of the future car on the Internet with the caption “A new dawn is coming.” The company did not explain which car we are talking about, but most likely the picture shows the new Toyota Camry. There are several signs that indicate this.

Firstly, the new Camry is expected to be released in 2024, and the timing of the teaser is well in line with this plan. Let us remind you that the current Camry XV70 debuted in 2017 and was restyled in 2020. But by industry standards, she's already an old lady.

Secondly, although the picture is darkened, the silhouette of the car in the image is still similar to a Camry. But the headlights seem to be borrowed from the new Prius.
The public debut of the new generation Camry could take place as early as this year: either at the SEMA 2023 tuning show (to be held from October 31 to November 4), or at the Los Angeles Auto Show (from November 17 to November 27). Both events are North American, and this is significant: it is in the USA that the Camry is still a hit despite its age.
