Copper Spray is a universal copper release aerosol lubricant for various equipment components operating under any load (including heavy loads) and exposed to high temperatures, high humidity, and aggressive environments. It ensures easy disassembly of connections after extended use and eliminates adhesion under a wide variety of conditions.

Properties:

Suggested uses:
- Repair and noise reduction (squeak) of all types of brake systems (disc, drum, etc.);
- Lubrication and corrosion protection of cardan shaft joints, sliding screw pairs, hubs, spark plug threads, screw connections, bolts, screws, etc.;
- Release agent and protection against welding, burning, and jamming of thermally loaded parts (exhaust system connections, heat exchangers, boilers, turbines, and other heating equipment).

Application: Thoroughly clean (if necessary) contaminated contact surfaces down to bare metal to remove rust, carbon deposits, oxides, scale, etc. Degrease. Shake the can vigorously. Apply MANNOL Copper Spray in the required amount, as per the maintenance manual. After use, clean the spray head and nozzle. The can can be used until clean spray gas emerges from the can.
