Specially developed for the latest generation of "BlueTEC" diesel engines fitted with Selective Reduction (SCR) Mercedes-Benz vehicles with Euro IV and Euro V engines requiring MB 229.52 oils. Also applicable to all Mercedes diesel engines equipped with a diesel particulate filter (DPF) and some gasoline engines requiring engine oils meeting MB 229.51 or MB 229.31. For engines requiring engine oils meeting MB 229.5, use oils with this approval.
