A universal, multi-purpose, extreme-pressure lithium grease based on highly refined mineral base oil with the addition of synthetic esters, anti-wear and extreme-pressure EP additives (EP – Extreme Pressure), molybdenum disulfide and lubricating graphite, which has high heat resistance, sealing ability and provides excellent anti-friction and extreme-pressure properties.

Properties:
– The presence of synthetic esters significantly enhances the grease's anti-wear, extreme-pressure, and antifriction properties;
– Maintains its performance properties from -30°C to +140°C, extending bearing life;
– Has excellent adhesion to metal surfaces. Forms a strong lubricating film, which helps extend the service life of lubricated components. Provides effective boundary lubrication under high pressure and temperature conditions;

– Thanks to the EP additives used, it withstands extreme and impact loads. In case of accidental overheating, the layered additives prevent seizure and binding;
– Thanks to special antioxidant and anti-corrosion additives, it reliably protects bearings and other components from corrosion, even when operating in wet and contaminated environments;
– It has good thermal stability, ensuring the grease is resistant to temperature fluctuations, and mechanical stability, preventing grease extrusion and loss of consistency during operation, reducing grease loss and consumption;
– Effectively resists oxidation and does not form deposits;

– Maintains its plastic and adhesive properties over a long service life;
– The grease consistency remains constant during long-term storage. Shelf life: 5 years from the date of manufacture.
Application: For lubricating components of various transport, agricultural, and off-road equipment operating under high and/or shock loads or vibration in dusty, wet, and/or dry environments: universal joints, cardan shaft crosses, fifth wheels with kingpins, constant velocity joints, plain and rolling bearings, chassis, and other highly loaded friction components.
