A NOBLE APPROACH FROM A VIETNAMESE COMPANY: VINFAST WILL PAY CUSTOMERS $300 FOR THEIR CAR BREAKDOWN
Catalog: News

The Vietnamese company VinFast has begun selling its electric vehicles in the USA, Canada and other countries. The company has introduced an extraordinary after-sales service policy to satisfy its customers and gain their trust.

VinFast will pay customers in the US, Canada and Vietnam if their electric vehicles break down. Of course, the payment method may also vary. The relevant terms and conditions must be specified in the contract. But the company promises to pay $300 in case of serious damage to the electric vehicle. Canadians will receive 480 Canadian dollars (equivalent to $363 at current exchange rates).

Payment is made in 3 types:

If the car problem causes inconvenience to the customer, but does not impede the movement of the vehicle, then the company pays $100.

If the car breaks down and is not the fault of the driver, the company agrees to repair it and pay up to $300.

if repair work takes more than 3 days, then customers can expect another $100 on top.

This policy increased the reputation of the Vietnamese company. However, the company says it can stop these payments at any time.
