The international rally “Caravan of Friendship” will pass through the territory of Turkmenistan, reports the official website of the Ministry of Transport of Tajikistan.

From April 24 to May 10, 2023, the VI International Motor Rally of the Intergovernmental Council of Road Builders (IRC) will be on the territory of Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Iran and Armenia.

The organizer of the international motor rally is the Intergovernmental Council of Road Workers. It is held with the support of the CIS Executive Committee, the ministries of transport of Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Iran and Armenia.

The international motor rally starts from Dushanbe (Tajikistan). Then the cars will move along the route Ayni - Penjikent - the border of Tajikistan with Uzbekistan - Samarkand - Navoi - Bukhara - the border of Uzbekistan with Turkmenistan - Turkmenabat - Mary - Ashgabat - the border of Turkmenistan with Iran - Mashhad - Tus - Nishapur - Gurgon - Sori - Tehran - Tabriz - the border of Iran with Armenia - Meghri - Kapan - Yerevan.

The total length of the rally will be about 4000 km.

Within the framework of the international motor rally, it is planned to hold five international scientific and practical conferences in Dushanbe, Samarkand, Ashgabat, Tehran and Yerevan.

In the course of the international motor rally, cups, medals, diplomas, certificates will be awarded to the participants of the international motor rally, as well as awards from the Intergovernmental Council of Road Builders, the CIS Executive Committee and other public, industry organizations, departments that support the international motor rally.
