Self-driving buses will start operating in Scotland from May 15th. In the suburbs of Edinburgh, 5 unmanned buses will run. Within a week they will be able to serve 10,000 people.

Autonomous Stagecoach buses will be able to move at a speed of 80 km/h. Initially, two company specialists will be on the buses to ensure safety. The successful use of buses will expand the system of unmanned vehicles.
