In March of this year, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan introduced some additions to the "Procedure of conducting professional tests for the right to drive vehicles".
The first of them is that conscripts are given the right to drive vehicles belonging to group "C" only after the age of 18. This is set out in Section 13 of the Regulations.
According to the 16th part of the regulation, from now on, our citizens who have successfully passed the tests for a driver's license will have to add a power of attorney issued by an authorized representative to the list of documents required to obtain the license. If the power of attorney is issued in a country that is not a member of the Commonwealth of Independent States, it must be issued in the appropriate manner.
Part 20 of the regulation states that the registration and testing units of the police traffic control will monitor the participation in any of the groups in the schools that train drivers of vehicles, and the training of future drivers.
